Oman State Council chairman receives Czech parliamentary delegation

Muscat: Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh Al Mantheri, Chairman of the State Council received in his office on Tuesday a delegation of the Defence Committee at the Chamber of Deputies in the Parliament of the Czech Republic, led by David Kadner, Chairperson of the committee.
During the meeting, Dr Al Mantheri hailed the existing relations between the two friendly countries, stressing the importance of the exchange of visits between the two sides in enhancing the bilateral relations and pushing them forward further horizons, particularly in the parliamentary and economic areas.
The meeting reviewed scope of the joint cooperation between the two countries in various areas.
The meeting was attended by a number of honourable members of the State Council, Secretary General of the State Council and the Czech non-resident ambassador to the Sultanate.
