Muscat: Muscat Municipality has announced that it has confiscated the products of unlicensed fish sellers in Muscat governorate.
A statement issued online said: “The Muscat Municipality confiscated the exhibits of unlicensed fish sellers in Al Seeb for violating health and procedural requirements in terms of ownership of licenses.”
“These random practices are an infringement on the cleanliness and safety of the environment, and ignore the health of the community in terms of displaying and handling food through unsanitary means,” the statement added.
