What Is It?
Paneer cubes cooked in a spicy chatpata (spicy and tangy) tomato and onion thick masala gravy. The butter sautéed onion with other spices cooked in tangy tomato gravy complements the taste of paneer. Drizzled with fresh cream, it adds flavours to the dish.
Vegetable Hyderabadi is mixed vegetables in palak gravy and is medium spicy which is garnished with cream. Dahi bhindi is deep fried okra which is added to a yoghurt based gravy. Malai kofta is a cashewnut based gravy which is more on a sweeter side where the kofta is stuffed with mawa (dried whole milk), potato, and paneer. And one cannot forget the dosas and the famous chaats — pani puri, bhel, and lots more.
