Oman’s Public Authority for Radio and Television stops use of biometrics internally

Muscat: The Public Authority for Radio and Television said it has stopped using the fingerprint biometric attendance system for all employees until further notice.

“All attendance will now be recorded in paper only. Business card must be presented to the security personnel at the entrance to prove the identity” the Authority said.
