Coronavirus: Diam to close customer service branches across Oman

Muscat: Diam's customer service branches in all wilayats will be shut from 22 March till further notice.

The water supply authority said in a statement, "Aligning with Diam's efforts to deal with COVID-19 and to ensure our customer's safety, precautions have been taken accordingly to ensure continuity of services."

Customer services branches at all branches will be closed starting from Sunday till further notice. "Customers can request any of our services through our call centre 1442 or visit Diam e-services portal www.diam.om." the statement said.
