Oman Cricket: Ibn Sina Pharmacy lift MPPL Cricket Trophy

Muscat: Ibn Sina A defeated Rising Stars by 33 runs to lift the Muscat Pharmacy Premier League (MPPL) Cricket Trophy at the Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir ground.
In a keenly contested final, Ibn Sina A scored 83 runs in eight overs thanks to a 40-run knock from Smanadh.
In reply, Rising Stars began their chase well but soon lost the momentum some to be restricted to 50 runs.

A total of 18 teams participated in the seven-day floodlight tournament and they are Falcon, Blue Whales, United Challangers, Rising Star, Forgotton Heros, MCT Rangers, Master Blasters, Danger XI, Flying Stars, Commercial Cobras, DST XI, Elven Stars, Ibn Sina A, Gladiators, Pharma XI , Blue Star and Sagar Putra.
Dr. Saghavi of Al Alawi Clinic and event organiser Godwin Joseph of Muscat Pharmacy presented the prizes.
The organisers thanked Muscat Pharmacy, Pocari Sweat and the ISWK for supporting the tournament.
