HM sends cable of congratulations to President of Ireland

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Michael Daniel Higgins of Ireland on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of good health and happiness to President Higgins and the friendly people of Ireland further progress and prosperity.
