Muscat: The Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources has warned all facilities to refrain from providing sheesha.
A statement issued by the Ministry said: “All licensed facilities providing sheesha, must refrain from providing them as of Sunday, March 15, 2020.”
“And in the event of a violation, the Ministry will take legal measures against any facility that violates this decision,” the statement added.
On Thursday, the Supreme Committee banned sheesha to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
