Canadian Prime Minister to stay in isolation as wife tests postive for COVID-19

Muscat: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will remain in isolation as his wife Sophie Trudeau has tested positive for COVID-19.

While the Prime Minister himself has not contracted the virus, he will continue to stay in isolation.

The Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement: “No symptoms of COVID-19 were found for the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, but he will remain in isolation for two weeks as his wife is infected with the virus.”
