ROP warns road users in Oman of sand dunes

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) is asking road users to drive carefully due to the presence of sand dunes on the Nizwa-Salalah road.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: “Users of the Nizwa-Salalah road, please be careful because of the presence of sand dunes on the road due to active winds in the area, from Al Ghabah to Haima.”

The ROP wished all a safe journey.
