More than 25,000 passengers in Oman use Mwasalat buses daily

Muscat: More than 25,000 passengers use Oman’s public transport — Mwasalat daily, according to a data released by the company.

Mwasalat said it transported more than 9.2 million passengers across Muscat last year.

“Mwasalat bus service has transported more than 9.2 million passengers in 2019 across city services in Muscat, Salalah and Sohar and intercity (long-distance) routes. Mwasalat transported more the 25,000 passengers every day in 2019. The growth rate has increased to 57 % compared to 2018,” the statement from the company said.
