One more coronavirus case reported in Oman

Muscat: Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed that one more new case of coronavirus has been reported in Oman taking the total cases to five.

In a statement issued online, MOH said the new case comes from a person who travelled to Iran. “The Ministry of Health announces the registration of a new novel coronavirus (COVID-19) case, linked to a person travelling to Iran, which raises the number of the registered cases in the Sultanate to (5) untill the issuance of this statement,” ministry said.

“All cases are in stable health condition, without no deaths. Furthermore, the Ministry calls upon all to practice proper healthy habits when sneezing or coughing, in addition to maintaining hand wash with water and soap or the hand sanitizer,” Ministry added.
