Oman Cricket: Ardaf defeat Al Twarja in Salalah League semifinals

Muscat: Ardaf defeated Al Twarja Trading by 20 runs in the first match of the Oman Cricket Salalah-organised Pocari Sweat Salalah Cricket League semifinal league on Friday.
In a keenly contested match, Ardaf batted first and scored 170 for four in 20 overs. In reply, Al Twarja were restricted to 150 for eight in 20 overs.

Earlier in the morning, in the final match of the second round knockout stage, Taba Trading defeated Al Qasid by 20 runs.
The three-team semifinal league will continue on February 24. The top two teams will qualify for the final to be played on March 3.
While Pocari Sweat are the title sponsors of the league, the other sponsors are Chickoo Sweets, Al Bayan, Dhofar Beverages, Al Raazi Group of Hospitals.
