Indian expatriate body found in Salalah

Muscat: The body of an Indian national was found in Salalah on Thursday, Manpreet Singh, Chairman Indian Social Club Salalah and Honorary Consular Agent (Dhofar Region) for Embassy of India Muscat, said. The victim has been identified as Jeeva Shebin from Indian state of Kerala. Jeeva was born on May 26, 1986 at Chottupara in Kerala and her passport was issued from Cochin on March 14, 2013 . The exact cause of her death is uncertain and investigations are ongoing. In January 2017, two Indian expats - Mohammed Musthafa and Najeeb Mohammed, both in their mid-40s, were found dead in Dahariz area of eastern Salalah.
