Muscat: Strikers Oman defeated Jebali Trading by four wickets to win the Crispo Foods Oman-sponsored 9th Rising Star Cricket Tournament.
Batting first, Jebali Trading scored 59 runs for the loss of seven wickets in eight overs.
In reply, Strikers Oman achieved their target with four wickets and three balls to spare.
Raishad of Strikers was adjudged man of the match and best bowler of the tournament. Jebali’s Imtiyaz and Shafeeq won the best batsman and man of the series awards respectively. Al Omaniya Team won the fairplay award.
Crispo Foods Oman Managing Partner Arun Giri distributed the prizes.
