Oman Football: OFA board approves plans of national teams panel

Muscat: The board members of the Oman Football Association (OFA) approved various plans of the National Teams Committee during a meeting organised at the association headquarters on Tuesday.
The seventh board meeting was held under the chairmanship of OFA chief Sheikh Salim Al Wahaibi.
The members discussed in detail and then approved the action plan of the National Teams Committee for the future, the budget for the internal and external camps of the national teams.
The board has also approved the inclusion of new members, Col (Retd) Hamad bin Saif Al Jahwari, Ahmed bin Nasser Al Rashedi, Hilal Khamis Al Mukhaini and Salim Rabee’a Al Ghailani, to the National Teams Committee.
During the meeting, the board has also approved the formation of the technical and administrative bodies to support the national teams while also giving the final nod to the membership of Dr. Mohammed Mulowa of the first national team and consultant at the Sports Medicine Centre at OFA and Khalid Al Lahori, Director of the Development and Training Department as members of the Sports Medicine Committee.
