Muscat: The minimum temperature recorded in Jabal Shams on Thursday is 4 degrees Celsius, according to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA).

PACA also warned of rising dust winds over open areas in some parts of the Sultanate.

"Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with existence of clouds over parts of Al Hajar Mountains and coastal areas of Oman Sea with chances of dust rising winds over deserts and open areas. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog patches over Al- Dahirah and Al-Wusta governorates,” PACA said in a statement.

"The expected maximum and minimum temperature is in Al Seeb 25/21, Al Amerat 25/20, Khasab 21/19, Al Buraimi 20/14, Saiq 16/10, Sur 28/20 and the minimum temperature recorded is in Jabal Shams 10/4." PACA added.
