Oman weather: Rainfall likely in northern parts of Sultanate

Muscat: Heavy to moderate rains in some parts of northern Oman may start from Wednesday evening until Saturday, an official from the Oman Meteorology department said.
According to officials at the meteorology department, the rains are likely to affect Musandam, Muscat, Al Buraimi, A'Dhahirah, North and South Al Batinah, A'Dakhiliyah, and North and South A'Sharqiyah.

"Since it is likely to start in Wednesday and will continue until Saturday, we are advising everyone to take precautions during the rainfall," the official said.
Oman Meteorology said, "Musandam, Al Buraimi, A'Dhahirah, North and South Al Batinah, Muscat, A'Dakhiliyah and North and South Al Sharqiya will be affected by the depression with chances of isolated rain and the occasional thundershower associated with fresh wind and hail."
