Thailand shooting: Omani citizens safe

The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Bangkok confirmed the safety of citizens during the shooting incident in Thailand.

A Thai soldier opened fire at people in a shopping centre in Nakhon Ratchasima Province (Korat), northeastern Thailand.

“The Embassy would like to emphasize the safety of the Omani citizens, as no one was injured and communication with the competent authorities continues.
