His Majesty sends congratulations to Vietnam President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. Nguyen Phu Trong of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of Lunar New Year.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Trong and the friendly people of his country.
