Senior British naval officer calls on Oman's naval chief

Muscat: The Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman received Commodore Dean Bassett, the UK's Maritime Component Commander (UKMCC).

According to Oman News Agency (ONA), “Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis Al Raisi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman, received at his office in the Al Murtafa'a camp today, Commodore Dean Bassett, the UK's Maritime Component Commander (UKMCC), who is currently visiting the Sultanate.”

“During the meeting, views were discussed on a number of matters related to maritime fields between the two friendly countries,” ONA added.
