Fog cover forecast over parts of Oman

Muscat: Oman Meteorology has issued a poor visibility forecast due to fog formation with temperatures varying betweeb 5 Degrees Celsius in Saiq, to 27 Degrees in Salalah.

Temperatures will be around 23 Degrees in Khasab, Suhar, Sur, and Rustaq, 24 Degrees in Buraimi, Ibri, Muscat, and Masira and 25 Degrees in Nizwa, Ibra, and Haima.

“Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with advection of clouds along the coastal areas of Arabian Sea. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog over parts of South Al Sharqiyah, Al Wusta, and Dhofar governorates,” Oman Meteorology Department said in a statement.

“Over most of the Sultanate, winds will be easterly to southeasterly and range between light to moderate," they added.
