HM Haitham bin Tariq receives mourners for His Majesty Sultan Qaboos

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq has received mourners who have come to pray for the departed Sultan Qaboos bin Said.

HM Sultan Haitham received this mourners on Sunday morning, with the Oman News Agency, the Sultanate’s state-run news agency saying, “His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, my god protect him and his people, received the many mourners who came to pay respects to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.”

“His Majesty, may God preserve and protect him, received mourners from members of the Royal Family, excellencies, ministers, advisers, leaders of various sectors, and members of the Shura Council,” added ONA. “He also received members of the diplomatic and consular corps accredited to the Sultanate, community elders and senior state officials, which included citizens, civilians and military personnel.”
