His Majesty receives congratulations cable

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has received a cable of congratulations from Lt. General, Hassan bin Mohsin Al Shuraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs on Royal Oman Police (ROP) Day, which falls on 5th January.
In his cable, Inspector General Al Shuraiqi said that “I have the honour to express my sincere congratulations and wishes coupled with these of ROP personnel on the occasion of ROP Day, praying to the Almighty Allah to return this occasion on Your Majesty with good health and wellbeing and on Oman and citizens with further progress, stability and prosperity.”
He said that during the past years, development plans for Royal Oman Police have continued under the Royal vision of Your Majesty and the time human resources have seen the royal care extended in terms of training at all levels to cover all fields of ROP work for the interest of both citizens and residents.
He added that ROP personnel have displayed their capabilities and competence in employment of modern sciences and technologies in all fields of their work and duties.
