Zawaya unveils OMR7million Al Noor luxury project

Muscat: Zawaya Development has unveiled its latest luxury property project with the brand name Al Noor Projects. The OMR7 million-cost residential and commercial complex located at the heart of Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos stretches over 9,000 square metres.
It has a total of 87 units, which include 66 residential units of single bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments; 10 two-storey three-bedroom apartments; five office spaces and six commercial units. Sheikh Al Waleed bin Mohamed Al Kindi, chief executive officer of Zawaya Development, said that the project brings together maximum luxury, creative design combining modernity to originality, latest technologies and equipment and world-class features to provide an exceptional experience of living.

"Al Noor is an architectural masterpiece that offers all aspects of modern life and comfort. The complex is equipped with central air-conditioning, central gas distribution system, smart lighting for the corridors, private parking space, lifts, spa, health club, kids zone, a multi-purpose hall and a shopping centre hosting cafes and restaurants.
The residential units' space ranges between 99 square meters and 243 square meters, while the commercial unites have been designed to be available from 100 square metres to 400 square meters, for various purposes.
All the commercial units are open spaces and full equipped to give the potential buyers the opportunity to design their units based on the nature of the commercial activity. The commercial units are separated from the residential ones and supported by special lift and parking lots to provide the tenants with all comfort and tranquility.
