Oman Air jet makes emergency landing at Karachi airport

Muscat: A Delhi-Muscat Oman Air flight, which made an emergency landing in Pakistan, has departed Karachi and is expected to arrive Muscat at 1350 local time, the airline tweeted on its official twitter handle. “The Oman Air flight WY242 has departed Karachi and is expected to arrive Muscat at 1350 local time,” the airline’s tweet read. WY242 from New Delhi was diverted to Karachi, Pakistan, as a passenger on board developed health issues. The flight was scheduled to arrive in Muscat at 12:30pm.
