Oman, Arab chambers plan trade offices in India

Muscat: Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), the apex trade body that represents private sector in the Sultanate, plans to open a representative office in India, according to Saeed Saleh Al Kiyumi, chairman of OCCI.
Al Kimuyi also said that the union of Arab countries is also planning to open a trade office in India, similar to Arab-UK and Arab-Germany trade bodies. Arab League has strength of 23 countries and a trade office in India will help to share information on trade and investment between the two parties.
