Kellogg’s is proud to be associated with this event."
“At SPAR, we always look for opportunities to enhance our shopper’s experience. SPAR Oman has already broken the barrier of just being a destination supermarket offering fresh, choice, value and service but also engaging shoppers in activities where they can participate and enjoy with their family,” said Devendra Kumar – Head, SPAR Oman.
"When it comes to Scrabble, which is a very popular indoor family game, we happily agreed to be a part of this exciting event. Interested participants can walk into a SPAR outlet to register for the event and can win a free gift from Kellogg’s, added Kumar.

“Scrabble is one of the sports that will help students to develop important thinking skills, it is played at home as a family game but I believe that children who play scrabble competitively, will grow to love the language,” he explained. “I play scrabble online and in Gulf tournaments, but I felt that there was not enough of the sport being played among kids. When I saw that Qatar had 20 kids in the recent World Youth Championships in Lille, I wondered, why shouldn’t Oman be doing the same?”
