Omani, Saudi officials discuss investment opportunities

Riyadh: As part of the “ Invest in Oman Campaign”, a delegation from the Public Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development, visited, yesterday, the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Riyadh.
The delegation reviewed with the Saudi side the investment opportunities available in the Sultanate and aimed to reach partnerships and strategic agreements between the establishments and companies in both the countries.
During the visit, the two sides held a meeting chaired from the Omani side by His Highness Sayyid Faisal bin Turki Al Said, Director General for Investment at the Public Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development. From the Saudi side, the meeting was chaired by Mansour bin Abdullah Al Shatri, vice chairman of the Board of Commerce and Industry Chamber of Riyadh.
They also discussed ways for facilitating cooperation between the investors and acquainting the Saudi side with the investment opportunities in Oman.
