Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed that it is following the case of a sick Omani woman in a UAE hospital.
In a statement issued online on Monday, MOH said: "Regarding what is being circulated about a sick Omani woman in UAE, the Ministry of Health would like to inform that we are coordinating with the relevant authorities to bring the woman back to Oman and get her treated in one of hospitals here.”
"The ministry has communicated with the hospital where the patient is currently admitted and has studied her health condition. Depending on her health state, a transport will be provided to return the patient to the Sultanate. With wish her a speedy recovery," the ministry added.
