Let’s Read Bookshop offering 50% discount on books in Oman

Muscat: The Let’s Read Bookshop is celebrating their second anniversary with 50 per cent discount on books. With hundreds of great books for children, teens and adults ranging from 500 baisa to OMR1, finding Christmas gifts have never been easier.
The Let’s Read Bookshop is Oman’s first charity bookstore and is located at Al Qurum complex on the first floor. The sale is on Saturday, December 3 and starts from 10am to 1pm.

Maktabati, Oman’s first mobile library, is due to launch a second bus to the Let’s Read Programme.
Looking for librarian
The library is looking for a fully qualified and an experienced librarian or a school teacher. Candidates should enjoy reading and working with children.
Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English, hold a valid driving licence and are male nationals should apply.
