New water projects package announced for Oman

Muscat: Public Authority for Water (Diam) announced a new package of water projects, expected to be launched in the first half of next year.

Diam, in a statement said, “This package will include projects for establishing water networks in the wilayats of Al Seeb and AI Amerat in Muscat Governorate.

“In addition, the wilayats of Jalan Bani Bu Ali, Jalan Bani Bu Hassan and Al Kamel Wal Wafi in South AI Sharqiyah Governorate will also be covered,” Diam added.

“The package also includes the wilayats of Liwa and Shinas in North Al Batinah Governorate, as well as the wilayat of Manah in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate.”
