Within 50 hours, a volunteer team distributed 340 seedlings and collected 181 bags of waste from Al Ashkhara Beach in South Eastern Province.
The initiative was conducted by the Sawarah team from the Child Welfare Centre in Al Khoudh, with the participation of 28 children from the centre.

The team visited schools with a team from the Ministry of Agriculture and a workshop was held on the importance of tree planting, Al Hosni added.
