Rescue teams in Oman save two expats from drowning

Muscat: Rescue teams managed to save the lives of two expats who were drowning. The incident took place in Dhofar governorate.

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) said in a statement online, "The Dive and Water Rescue Team of the Coast Guard Police Station, led by the Dhofar Governorate Police, rescued two people of Italian nationality in Raysut from drowning."

"They were transferred to a hospital for treatment and are in good health," the ROP added.
