Earthquake reported 200 km from Musandam in Oman

A mild earthquake — measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale — hit Southern Iran at 8:28 pm

The earthquake is being tracked by the seismological center at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU)

The centre at SQU said that the epicenter was approximately 200 kilometers from Musandam governorate.

The earthquake is still being closely monitored by SQU.
