Earthquake reported 200 km from Musandam in Oman

Muscat: A mild earthquake — measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale — hit Southern Iran at 8:28pm, according to the seismological centre at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU).

The centre at SQU said that the epicentre was approximately 200 kilometers from Musandam governorate.
