IndiGo to operate daily flight from Muscat to Chennai

Muscat: Indian budget carrier IndiGo will operate a non-stop daily flight between Muscat and Chennai starting from December 15, 2016, .
The budget carrier of India will be offering introductory fares of OMR 46.650 all-inclusive one way from Muscat.
“We are currently operating daily flights to Mumbai and Cochin right now from Muscat and from December 15 we will be adding Chennai,” a senior official said.
The introduction of the new daily service will further strengthen IndiGo’s presence in the Gulf, where it has emerged as one of the leading carriers on this sector, catering to the large number of Indians in the Gulf. “In Muscat from December 15 onwards we will operate three daily flights,” the official added.
The general sales agent of IndiGo in Oman is Muscat International Services LLC.
