Fishermen in Oman cautioned against cyclone Kyarr

Muscat: Due to the concentration of tropical cyclone Kyarr east of the Arabian Sea, The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries has asked the fishermen to take necessary precautions.

The Ministry said in a notification: "The Ministry calls on all fishermen and seafarers to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety and the safety of their boats, ships, and equipment and to transport them to safe places and not to risk riding the sea due to the concentration of tropical cyclone Kyarr east of the Arabian Sea and rising of sea waves."
