Emergency drill to be conducted near Azaiba beach

Muscat: An emergency exercise will be conducted near Azaiba beach on Wednesday, according to statement issued by Oman Airports.

"Oman Airports will conduct a response exercise (simulation to an emergency call in simulating the fall of an airplane near Azaiba beach). This exercise will be in collaboration with Royal Oman Police, Public Authority of Civil Defence and Ambulance, and other related parties,” the statement said.

"The exercise will be conducted between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm."
