Tandoori basil prawns
What is it?
It is just the best seafood ever. The oh-so-juicy prawns scented with basil perfectly cooked and flavoured will keep your mouth watering for days after you’ve had it. It is seasoned with ideal proportions of mint and yoghurt that give it a tinge of tanginess.
Just as much as you can eat at one time. My favourites include lemon grass chicken tikka with papaya and peanut salad and bhuna ghost that is tender lamb with tandoori roti. Also, if you like soups then you’ll definitely like the tomato basil shorba. It’s simple yet delicious and not very heavy, thus serving the purpose of being an apt appetiser. And at the end don’t forget to try the mother of all mousse’s, the makhan elaichi mousse, and find yourself melting with this delicate and delicious dessert.
Great ambience and brilliant service. And you can even shut your eyes and pick any one of the dishes in the menu and you won’t be disappointed.
