Muscat: Oman's Ministry of Manpower has invited private sector organisations to submit their 2020 Omanisation plans before 31 January, 2020.
The Ministry will take legal action against those private sector companies that do not comply with this directive.
In an online statement, the Ministry said: "In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Labor Law, the Ministry of Manpower announces the need for private sector establishments to submit the 2020 Omanisation plan by 31 January 2020."
"The Ministry invites all institutions and companies to expedite the submission of the Omanisation plan before the end of January 2020 and the Ministry will take legal action towards enterprises that did not comply," the Ministry added.
