Muscat: Scattered rainfall is expected over some parts of Oman on Thursday, according to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation.
As per the weather forecast by the Directorate General of Meteorolgy read: “Mainly clear skies but a chance of convective clouds development and isolated rain occasionally thunderstorms associated with fresh wind and hail over al Hajar Mountains and adjoining willayat during the evening."
The forecasts for Friday also include rainfall over Musandam and Al Hajar Mountains and nearby areas, according to the D.G.
The highest maximum temperature is expected to be 42 degrees Celcius in Al Amerat, Muscat, according to the prediction, and temperatures in most Wilayats are expected to range between 30 and 40 degrees during the day.
