Muscat: People living in and around Al Khoud will now have more options as one of the leading healthcare providers, Muscat Private Hospital (MPH), has opened a new multi-speciality family clinic in the area.
Strategically located on Mazoon Street in Al Khoud, the Muscat Private Clinic (MPC) was officially opened by His Excellency Dr Ali bin Talib Al Hinai, Undersecretary of Planning Affairs at the Ministry of Health. The event was also attended by several other dignitaries from both public and private sectors.

The speciality services provided at the Clinic include Internal Medicine, Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Dental, Cosmetology, ENT and other visiting clinics from the MPH. The Clinic is also supported by Radiology and laboratory services.
Located on the ground floor of the Al Manar building, the Clinic offers a panel of highly experienced doctors and consultants who can be easily reached from Saturday to Thursday between 9am-9pm.
In addition to that, the MPC also accepts all major insurances, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable medical experience for the users.
Speaking to Times of Oman, Sandeep Kumar, Regional Chief Executive Officer of UME, the international hospital management group that manages MPH, said that they are also looking into expansion plans.
“It is indeed a very happy moment for all of us to come together and celebrate the opening of this state of the art, multi-speciality clinic. Soon , we hope to be looking into opening other branches. Although we have not yet decided on the location, global expansion is always one of our main agendas,” Kumar said.
He added , “The new family clinic expands MPH’s world-class healthcare footprint and brings together a diverse team of clinicians, allowing us to serve patients across interdisciplinary specialisms.
