Alawi meets Iran Foreign Minister

Muscat: Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs met Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iranian Foreign Minister in the United States, Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Saturday.

The ministry said in a statement online: "Minister Yousuf bin Alawi met with his Iranian counterpart, Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New York, as part of preparations for the 74th session of the UN General Assembly."
