Expats held on forgery charges in Oman

Muscat: Expats have been arrested on charges of falsifying training certificates and work permits in concession areas, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced.

In an online statement, the ROP said: "The Criminal Investigation Department, led by the Oil and Gas Security Police, arrested expats of Asian nationalities for forging training certificates and permits to work in concession areas. Legal action is being taken against them."
