This is one of the best places to visit in Dhofar Governorate

Salalah: Wadi Darbat, located in Taqah in the Governorate of Dhofar, is a natural park with stunning waterfalls, lakes, mountains, caves, wild animals and lush green areas.

There is a seasonal waterfall that is roughly 100 meters high, but it only occurs after heavy rain.

This Wadi makes its way between the hills and plateaus until it reaches Khor Ruri, where it flows into the Arabian Sea.

In the Khareef season, the Wadi offers beautiful waterfalls falling from a great height.

The Wadi has a lot of different feature such as its beauty in the rains, its wide array of wild animals, livestock, mountains, waterfalls, and a thick vegetation along with a natural Ain and a number of caves.

It is said that the rooms of the Teeq cave fill with this Wadi's water.

The best time to visit this site is from the beginning of July to the end of September, each year.

Wadi Darbat is widely considered as one of the most beautiful tourist sites across Arab nations.
