Oman weather: Rain in Madha and Samail

Muscat: Wadis in Madha, some 332 kilometres from Muscat, are overflowing following heavy rain in the afternoon, a weather enthusiast said.
“It rained for at least one hour in the afternoon. Wadis are overflowing,” Bader Ali Al Baddaei, an administrator of www.rthmc.net, a local web-based forum that discusses weather in Oman, said.
“In Samail also there was rain,” the enthusiast added.
Oman meteorology had forecast isolated rain and occasionally thundershowers over Al-Hajar Mountains and Dhofar area.
