HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said sends cable of congratulations

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent cable of congratulations to the President of Singapore Halima Yacoub.

The cable was sent on the occasion of Singapore's National Day, according to Oman News Agency.
