Nizwa: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) Aviation Unit carried out a medical evacuation operation for a citizen who experienced severe stress while practicing mountain trekking in the village of Kamah, located in the Wilayat of Nizwa.
The rescue team responded promptly to the incident and airlifted the woman from the mountainous area to Nizwa Reference Hospital, where she was transferred to receive the necessary medical treatment and care.
The operation highlights the readiness of the Royal Oman Police Aviation Unit to respond to emergencies in remote and rugged terrain, ensuring rapid access to medical assistance for individuals in need.
