Two alleged drug dealers arrested in Oman

Muscat: Two alleged drug dealers were arrested after attempting to escape from police who found them in possession of a large quantity of controlled substances.
The Directorate General for Combatting Drugs and Psychotropic Substances in North Batinah arrested the two men, from Shinas, at a farm officials say was being used for the sale of drugs.
Police confiscated 19 packets and 21 rolls of hashish and also found a large bag of heroin and tablets.
The accused have been referred to the Public Prosecution and legal procedures have been initiated against them.
